Chi is famous for products that work! Great buy on my behalf!I love all chi straighteners. This is the best one I've ever bought, I LOVE it. My hair is super course and wavy and its hard for me to find a straightener that actually works, but this straightens my hair perfect.It's not my favorite straightener but it gets the job doneThis straightener is meant for someone without curly or thick hair. It straightened my hair to some extent but left some waves. Only goes to 392 so not super hot. It works ok but I would pass if you have curly hairChi is a great optionThis model has only an on and off switch. No temperature dial. The painted coating is also very quick to come off. Only used once, will be returning. You’ll ruin your hair with out a temp dial, beware.I had this straightener for three weeks, it worked fine at first but then it stopped getting hot, I returned it.Let me start by saying I love chi! I had my last flat iron for 8+ years, used it until it literally fell apart. This one is junk! The outside is peeling off which isnt a big deal in how it works but its a flaw in my opinion. The issue with this iron is you can't control the temp and it gets way too hot! In less than a week of using it my hair is completely fried and stinks. Burnt hair smells like sulfur is what I have recently learned. My hair smells like sewage. Nothing would take out the smell. I used essential oils as a leave in conditioner just to try to hide the odor. I will definitely buy chi products again but I definitely do not recommend this particular model!
