Really like the look of these weights. And the deep dish style is easier to handle than thinner plates. The other thing people don't think about is: because these plates are thicker,when you load the 45's on a bar, they stand upright on the floor without collars. Thinner plates flop to one side or the other. Makes for easier loading of wheels(45 lb plates). But mostly I like the deep dish style which extends down to the 25's, 10's, and 5's. I didn't buy any 35's because 35's are stupid.These plates are nice and a good price point. Disappointed to get the 2.5 instead of the 5lb, I ordered.They look great! Love the dip, color, price. All of it. True to weight. Bought some rubber ones that were off by quite a few ounces and smelled really bad. Swapped for these. Best price I could find in the 10lb category. Very happy!Nice vintage look and feel and a good value. My previous set was old Ivanko “green plates” (cast, not machined) that I refinished but sold before my last move. I bought these plates because they have a similar style and were available at a decent price. The casting is very good with few flaws. The finish on these Signature plates is very good, not perfect, but better than expected. Better than CAP for example. There were a couple rough spots in the paint inside the lip of the 45’s that I smoothed out so it wouldn’t cut into my fingers when I grab the plate. A bit of the silver accent paint isn’t perfect on a few plates but overall they look great and work perfectly.These 45s is cool Nice condition Weighed in at 44 pounds wish is ok They are a little bit smarter than some 45s out there but not bad I like themOnly reason for the 4 stars over 5 is that the "deep" portion is more than i liked. I have another set and they are not that deep. It matters to me because of the space they take on the tree rack.Not perfect in terms of finish and smoothness but they weigh nearly true and are much more affordable than competitors. These are similar to deep dish plates if that matters to you.These are great plates for the price..
