I purchased these as an alternative to styrofoam plates that just get tossed when my department has Pot-lucks/Spreads/Carry-ins (how ever you call it in your area). I managed to get my group of 12 people to go along with it and I ordered the blue, green and red sets. Everyone paid $5 for a plate a bowl and a cup, what it cost me per set.So far we have had them for a little over 4 months and they have been very happy with them. They say not microwave safe, but if you do small bursts of a max of 30 seconds, it does not warp them in the slightest. They are nice and heavy duty. They dont twist when your piling on the food. They are very easy to clean with a little soap and warm water in the breakroom sink. Even have a little lip to help you hold onto them. I would recommend these to anyone that is looking to help stop use of styrofoam in their department feast fests.
